Monthly Board Meeting Minutes
November 14th, 6:30pm-7:30pm

Absent: Laura and Jessica L.
Called to Order at 6:36pm
Welcome - Megan
A. Board member introductions and FOF mission
B. Three Cheers- (Tony & Derby volunteers, STEAM week teacher and volunteers, Luciana- Dine to Donate, Melissa & Rachel- CPP)
C. Vote- Approval of October minutes
—Megan motioned to approve the October minutes. Seconded by Jessica BC. Vote by general consent. October minutes are approved.
3. Budget and Fundraising
A. Budget update- Jen
B. FOF sponsored programming update- Orchestra has begun!
C. Pinewood Derby report- Tony
D. International Sing budget VOTE ($600 increase to cover accompanist + costumes, a total of $1100 for that line item) - Megan
—Megan motions to increase international sing budget to $1100, Jennifer Wagner seconds, vote by acclamation. 10 yes votes. Motion passes
4. Communications-
A. Fox Facts, Socials, etc.- Jennifer
B. Room parents and community relations- Megan (on behalf of Jessica L)
5. Committee Announcements- Mark
A. Book Fair- (Jessica B.)- all this week
B. School Tour- (Megan, on behalf of Jessica L.)- 11/30
C. Volunteer appreciation committee- breakfast on 12/1
D. Merchandise- (Brigid)
E. Soccer Team- practices have begun!
F. Talent Show- (Mandy)
G. Any other committee chairs present who would like to make an announcement?!
